Come down to Brix Distillers, Sydney's only dedicated Rum Distillery, and learn how to spice rum from the masters! Each session starts with a welcome drink and a quick tour through the distillery, before we take you upstairs to our Barrel Room and guide you through blending your own two 200ml bottles of Spiced Rum, which you can take home and show off (or keep it all to yourself!)
