During the month of October with a Main Event set for the 14th and 15th of October, we at Bitter Phew have created a weekend showcasing the wonderful world of farmhouse style beers, drinks and fermentation.  Bitter Phew one of Australia’s Best Craft Beer Venues has been celebrating the local industry of beer, wine and food for some time now and we thought we could dive a little deeper.  By selecting leading breweries in this field we have curated a weekend showcasing the almost forgotten art of farmhouse, traditional and wild ales.
